All training sessions are customized for soccer players of all levels through one-on-one, small group, or team training. Practices will have a strong emphasis on building confidence while applying learned core skills into real game situations. Each session is focused on nurturing the areas that need improvement while continuing to reinforce on the stronger aspects.
Examples of individual/technical training covered:
· Dribbling moves.
· Quick and creative footwork.
· Heading
· Strength & Conditioning
· Ball mastery using different surfaces of the foot (first touch).
· Short and long passing techniques (bending, chipping, one touch passing).
· Shooting techniques (bending, chipping, outside foot, long and short range).
Examples of small group/team tactical skills covered:
· 1v1, 2v1, 2v2 tactical drills.
· Possession drills.
· Strength & Conditioning
· Spatial awareness.
· Movement with and without the ball.
· Defending (cover defending, individual defending).
· Transitional play (speed, possession recovery, rhythm of play, fitness).
