This option is greatly geared towards individual attention with the addition of using the pressure as development factor by applying defenders into the sessions. Small group training will benefit all players involved by focusing on tactical awareness without leaving behind the ball control aspect. To organize a training schedule it is advised to search for a group of friends or teammates of similar skill levels to take part in the sessions.
