What are the benefits of private training?
Players will receive closer guidance in order to accelerate his/her development. It is clear that any soccer athlete who aims to reach it's full potential must train extra outside of team practices. Having regular private sessions will increase a player's soccer skills with the intention to prepare for competition of any level.
Why choose Prep Soccer Training?
Whether it be to stay in shape, train extra during season, or prepare for a tryout, every session is meant to help players sharpen their skills with experienced coaching. One of the biggest areas of focus in training will be to increase the athlete's confidence. About 20% of a player's performance comes from his/her mental strength while 80% is determined more by physical ability. Prep Soccer Training aims to nurture that 20% of mental strength in order to motivate the player to perform at his/her best playing ability on the field.
Where does training take place?
Training can take place anywhere convenient for both the player and the coach depending on traveling distance. It will be important to arrange a good location like public parks with soccer fields (preferably with goals), indoor facilities, turf fields, or any grass playing area with enough space.
Should I choose Individual or Small Group Training?
It really depends on specific training goals that an individual may have. One-on-One training allows the coach to focus more on specific demands of the individual player which is harder to get from a team practice. In this case, the sessions are structured according to a player's developmental needs.
For a more overall development without losing out much on individual attention, small group training would be a great option because the player will be able to apply learned skills into a more tactical training experience.

How often should training be done a week?
It is recommended to do training at least twice a week to see faster results. However, depending on the number of booking availability training will be done at least once a week. It will also depend on a player's schedule if he/she is enrolled in a competitive team already, if not then more sessions can be added throughout the week depending on the coach's training schedule. In order to see major improvements, private training should be maintained for at least 3 to 4 months.
